The Smart 216 IP, also available with 32 ports - Smart 232 IP, enables one local and two remote users, access and control of up to 16 servers. In addition, two remote users can operate serial sessions for controlling serial devices such as routers, managed network switches or PDU's. These rack-mountable, 1U sized switches feature Minicom KVM over CAT5 technology that directly connects the switch to each computer in the server room, eliminating cable clutter and providing up to 30m/100ft of distance between server and switch. The Smart 216 IP has a built-in web server enabling two remote users seamless access to target servers via a single IP address.

The Smart 116 IP gives a system administrator secure, BIOS level access and control to a rack of up to 16 servers either remotely or locally. The rack mountable, 1U sized switch features innovative ROC (RICC on Cable) dongle technology that directly connects the Smart 116 IP to each server in the rack, eliminating cable clutter and providing 30m/100ft of range between the server and switch.

The SmartRack 116IP is a SmartRack KVM Drawer + 116/116 IP Switch. It is for those who need the console and the switch together. The SmartRacks are the most efficient and effective way to control and manage servers in a rack.

The SmartRack series comes with either a 116 switch for local access or with a 116 IP switch for combined local and remote access.
